Practice Consulting

Emily Schultz Consulting provides specialized training and mentorship services for all levels of aesthetic injectable providers after they have successfully completed a basic level injectable training program. For those without prior training, providers with previous injectable experience will be considered.   

Administering Neuromodulators, Dermal Fillers, and Deoxycholic acid injectables is an art and a science. Just as the specific needs of individual patients varies greatly, Emily creates a customized solution to the developmental goals of trainees at all levels.  Training is approached first by assessing the specific skill and experience of the trainee and is tailored accordingly.

Aspects of training include, but are not limited to, facial anatomy, injection techniques using both needle and cannula methods, products, as well as marketing and practice management. Strong emphasis is placed on patient safety with a focus on clinical assessment, long term treatment planning, retention, and consultation expertise.

Trainees also have the option for Emily to visit their practice and work within their clinics training one or more practice providers together. Customized team sessions may be developed to elevate the unique needs of a growing practice.
